“Are you working on your blog?” the resident watercolorist asked while taking the shortcut through the office from the kitchen to the mailbox. “It looks really cool.”
I nodded, keeping my eyes on the laptop’s screen. “I’m trying different things.”
“I liked the colors.”
“I changed them.”
“I liked the picture.”
“I changed that, too. I’m trying different things.”
Resident watercolorist nodded in understanding. “I guess it’s like having a sketchbook,” she said knowingly.
It is.
